Ate here New Year’s Eve, had a sharing platter chicken stack with half rack of ribs, very nice and cooked decent. Cocktails were decent too. Good atmosphere and banter with the staff. Recommend on this visit and would go again

We had a Groupon voucher so we went for 2main and 2 dessert with a drink , when we arrived they asked if the voucher was updated I told them yes , than they give us a table , I’ve asked them if they could check if the voucher was good or know to avoid the uncomfortable situation in case is not, they said it’s ok will see after I was ok . We ordered the staff was nice and friendly I can’t complain about that service was a bit slow but we was not in rush, we ordered a pasta with chicken and a double cheeseburger for main and for dessert cheesecake and apple pie , the food wasn’t the best but not bad either the apple pie was undercooked a bit . How ever we finished the meal what we could and ask for the bill ,when was about to pay the voucher didn’t worked if course even that I was showing they didn’t expect so I had to pay full price , was disappointed.

If you want burgers, pizza, or pasta, this place is OK. I don't have a big appetite so I was happy with my small burger and fries. If I'd been hungrier (perhaps as hungry as many people will be), I'd have regretted not having a starter. I was with family who were going on to see Lion King at the Lyceum. F&B's was very convenient for that.

I haven’t been to this restaurant for a while but we decided to go back today. We had a great experience today. Frankie & Benny’s has undergone a significant rebrand in recent times. They have a huge menu with loads of options from Pizza to Pasta to Burgers to Grills to Steaks and more. They have plenty of gluten free options on the menu as well apart from the starters which has quite a limited selection of gluten free options for starters. It would lovely to see the Wings be gluten free and the Fully Loaded Potato Skins to be back on the menu. They have greatly improved their brunch range for gluten free options as well. I hope to try the new gluten free brunch options soon. Because Frankie & Benny’s have so many gluten free options it would also be lovely to see Banana Tree offer more gluten free options too. The gluten free options or any options that can be adapted to be gluten free are marked by a red gf symbol on the regular menu. The service was great too and extremely efficient which is handy for going to the theatre. We often eat at Frankie & Benny’s before or after the theatre and it never lets me down even when they are very busy. The decor is lovely too and the toilets are clean. The food was amazing as always. For my main I went for the full rack of ribs which was delicious. The ribs were so delicious and the BBQ sauce was perfect. The Chips were delicious too. It’s lovely having chips as a gluten free option now. The Coleslaw was creamy, fresh snd delicious too. The portion size for the dish was fantastic as well. For my dessert I went for the Chocolate Fudge Brownie Sundae as a gluten free option. The Sundae was amazing and the portion size was amazing. The Ice Cream was delicious and the Caramel sauce added a lovely and indulgent flavour. The Brownie pieces were really tasty and gooey. The Cream on top of the Sundae was nice as well and they added a mint leaf for garnish which made the dessert look really pretty and appetising. I would highly recommend Frankie & Benny’s in the Strand. I would also recommend going on to the Frankie & Benny’s website and get the code for the Slice the price to get £15 off when you spend £30.
